Cancellation Policy


We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate the smooth running of our boutique for both you and our clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice in these instances.

Please note our specific policies below:

24 hours notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment.

Latecomers


We very much respect the time of all our customers and therefore kindly ask you to notify us via a telephone, 01 254 9012 if you are running late. This allows us to potentially reconfigure appointments and to facilitate clients that are booked after you.
Unfortunately, if you are running late to the point that the quality of our service may be compromised we may have to cancel your appointment and rearrange you for a later date.

Terms & Conditions


Returns are available in-store within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, and therefore must not be used or tampered with. A refund or exchange is available to you once the goods are authorised to be returned. Blink & Wink Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months after date of issue. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or cash exchanges for Gift Vouchers.

Refund & Return Policy


If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to honour a full refund within 14 days of the sale. Items must be returned, along with proof of purchase, in a saleable condition and therefore must not be used or tampered with.

Booking Fee


For a small selection of treatments a non-refundable booking fee is requested to ensure your appointment slot is confirmed. We accept that appointments will need to be changed from time to time. A client has the opportunity to change their appointment once if 24 hours of notice is provided.
In an instance where Blink & Wink has not received the requested 24 hours we will try and facilitate your change. However, if the change cannot be facilitated the booking fee will be regarded as non-refundable.

Patch Testing


For certain treatments we require a patch test to be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. Patch testing assists us in reducing the possibility of you suffering an allergic reaction to our treatments. Whilst you may have availed of similar treatments in other salons, it is still a requirement for you to do a patch test at Blink & Wink.
If you have suffered from allergic reactions in the past or have a concern around sensitivity then please notify us prior to your appointment.
